7 steps to true love: Aerobia!

1. Meta_tation

Users are asked to imagine a metaphysical world where all species can transform into a visualization of their inner self.

2. Protucall

Users chant phrases and sounds searching for their instinctual animal ego or “avatar.”

3. Sezam!Azez

Users interact and play with one another conducting tests to further realize their avatar. By analyzing their own actions and reactions with others, they are able to position themselves within the personalities and characteristics in the Meta animal kingdom.

4. Celebation

The user celebrates intimately with another user what they have learned thus far about their self. They must succeed complete physical communication of their desired avatar.

5. Animali_A

Users physically act out their avatar as they have now found their animal ego. This is the first metaphysical morph.

6. IsZis

The user experiences the isZis, or eye kiss. This is practiced by users to see their own metaphysical animal reflection through another users eyes and achieve love within their self. If the user sees a different reflection through another users eyes than the user is sent back to level 2. It is important that the user can see how others see themselves.

7. Aerobia!

The user has now reached true love within their self and is ready to start an intense cardiovascular exercise program in order to strengthen the mind body connection. See Scott Martin for details.
